Rental Application/Screening Information

Applications with background screening MUST be submitted if you wish to be a tenant​
  • You WILL need to create a log-in with RentRedi (either through the downloadable free app or on a desktop through their website)
  • ​Cost to you is $49.99, there is no other application fee. (this fee is charged by the screening process, not Green Mailbox Group)
  • Please complete the application and pay for background screening, Prequalifications and Incomplete Applications will NOT be accepted!
​​Each person 16 years of age or older must submit a separate application with background screening
  • No "Roommate" lease agreements with shared responsibility. Roommates are allowed with one person named as the responsible party 
Applicants must receive an income greater than or equal to 3x monthly rent as an individual to qualify
  • ​Example: if rent is $975, a minimum income of $2925 monthly is required to qualify, proof of income required
  • Married couples ONLY may qualify jointly. No engagements/no roommates/additionally named tenants for combining incomes
​Background check/screening of the application will include eviction report, credit report and criminal report
