- We'd be happy to schedule a showing for you! Our foreman is usually available M-Th (some Fridays) from 8-4. If you need a time outside of these, please call or text us and we will happily check on availability
- Pet Friendly! Pets are welcome at a charge of $25/month pet rent per pet and a one-time $125 non-refundable pet fee per pet
- Limited to one pet per bedroom...example: 1 bedroom units only allow for 1 pet, 2 bedroom units allow for up to 2 pets
- Weight limits of dogs are not to exceed 40lbs
- Penalty fees will be assessed for any non-contracted pets
- Texas law mandates a max of 3 persons per bedroom. Green Mailbox Group limits this number to 2 persons [adult(s) and/or children]
- Lease terms are 12 months -OR- month-to-month at an increase of $100/month. [example month-to-month: $950 + $100 = $1050]
- Prorated rent amounts if move-in date is not on the 1st of the month
- All properties are Smoke-Free environments! Non-Smoking addendums are required, and smoking inside units is never permitted
- No satellites are permitted
- Tenants are responsible for own utilities (unless otherwise informed). You must have water and electric set up in your name by move-in
- *All units at "The Forge Extension" (3012 W. Park Row Blvd.) will have TRASH portion removed from water bill and $15 ADDED to rent amount due to dumpster rather than individual trash cans. Example: $950 rent will be $965
- Yard maintenance included for all multi-family and commercial properties

All tenants will be required to be set up on the "RentRedi" application, a FREE app, to communicate with us at Green Mailbox Group! (Smartphone is required.)
With the RentRedi app, you can pay your rent, get lease reminders, submit maintenance requests, communicate directly with your landlord, receive notifications, messages and more! It's a one-stop-shop for everything - simple! |
